TPC - Transmit Power Control

The UE (User Equipment) and Node B generate TPC (Transmit Power Control) commands to control each others transmit power. This information is sent in the TPC field of the DPCCH (Dedicated Physical Control Channel). TPC commands are send 1500 per second.
